Our First Annual Christmas Letter!

My extended family is longtime practitioners of sending the obligatory Christmas Letter; a one-page overview of the year’s high-lights and a paragraph bragging about each kid. I’d cringe at whatever Mom wrote about me but sure loved hearing what my cousins were up to. And it’s nice to see an accounting of the year’s accomplishments in one place.

If you’re vaguely–perhaps voyeuristically–interested in seeing what your ‘ol cousin WinSource Group is up to, I give you our first ever Christmas Letter!

Dear Extended Network,

It’s been an exciting year here at WinSource Group! We’ve been growing our customers, our team, and our family of brands.

This year we celebrated our 4th anniversary with Wilson Learning. Since we started in 2018, we’ve been the northwest distributing agent of Wilson Learning, enabling us to offer their full library of award-winning, proven training content. Check out all the new awards Wilson amassed this year!

We’re married to Wilson, but it’s their three signature books that made us fall in love. When the original publisher sought to retire, we jumped at the opportunity to offer these books a new home. We adopted Win Win Selling, The Social Styles Handbook, and The Versatile Sales Person under WinSource Publishing. Watch for new branding and editions in 2023!

That’s not the only way we grew our family! In September, Marshand Noriega joined our team as we partnered together to start WinSource Staffing—a direct hire search and placement firm focused exclusively on sales leadership positions. Marshand is an expert in finding and vetting great candidates. From there, we can be a coach and partner to help them succeed. So, if you are thinking of growing your sales team in 2023, let us know. Speaking of websites, WinSource Group also got a brand spankin’ new website this year. We love that it better shows our suite of services across our three different audiences: non-profits, B2B sales teams, and staffing companies. We’ve had the good fortune of working with some really amazing sales leaders, CEO’s, and Executive Directors. Thank you for choosing us.

The other big addition this year is MapMiner. Through our years of working in staffing, we’ve seen a need for a simple, map-based CRM that allows local branch-based businesses to capitalize on all the potential in their market. We’ll continue to be CRM-agnostic when we help customize and implement CRM’s, but now we can offer a simple CRM with great analytics that doesn’t over-engineer the process. We’d love to show you a demo!

It’s been a busy year with new team members, new services, new books, and a bunch of new and custom content. We issued our 100th invoice, attended 7 trade shows (if you haven’t seen Mark on stage, you’re missing out), and flew a collective 155,473 miles! We’re excited to see where 2023 takes us, and we’re grateful for all your support and encouragement along the way.
